The Pole Gym Brisbane City

Holy dooley where has the year gone?! This is our last week for term 8 and our final 6 week term for the year! It’s been such a fun-filled year with lots of things happening. We have one more lucky dip casual left, and guess what? It’s one of our favourites, it’s ‘Dance Dirty’! Slow and slinky, some classic hard rock or some booty shakin’, who knows what will happen this week. You’d best come along time find out I guess! Make sure you have something to cover your knees with, heels optional. Don’t forget to come along to our other casuals! 🧡 Tuesday @ 5:15p
💛 Wednesday @ 4:45pm
💙 Thursday @ 7:30pm
❤️ Saturday @ 10:00am
💚 Sunday @ 12:30pm
With a varied choice of times and days, it is easier to fit Pole into your weekly schedule 📆!
⭐ Don’t feel like you are locked into your main class time. Jump into other Level 1 classes that week if there is a spare pole available
⭐ Practice the new tricks and dance steps you have learnt in our separate pole training area available during studio open times. You can even use the studio iPads to revise your routine!
⭐ Come to "Course Help & Catch Up" times to get extra help from the instructors or catch up on missed classes at no additional cost!
⭐ As a pole newbie for your first term, you also get FREE unlimited casual classes (valued at an extra $140) on top of your course. Try all our classes marked ‘Casual’ on our Term 1 timetable to try out everything The Pole Gym Brisbane City has to offer for the whole 6 weeks! We find that our students get the best fitness benefits when they combine the technique from the courses with the variety of the casuals.
