Aerial Hoop (Lyra) Courses
Aerial Hoop (Lyra) is a beautiful acrobatic art form performed on a suspended steel hoop, offering an incredible mix of strength, grace, and fun. It’s an incredible way to build power and confidence while having a whole lot of fun in the air.
We offer 6-week Aerial Hoop (Lyra) courses across multiple levels, giving you the perfect structure to learn safely, and progress at your own pace.
Aerial Silks (Tissu)
Aerial Silks (Tissu) combines strength, control, and beautiful flowing movement on long suspended fabrics. Our 6-week courses are the perfect way to learn safely, build technique, and grow your confidence in the air
Rope Course
Rope: Tissu’s spicy distant cousin with bite! While there is crossover in skills from tissue to rope, rope possesses its own unique skills and is definitely very different! If you have been wanting to try out different aerials, rope is a great option! Excellent for grip strength and upper body strength. Open to students with some rope experience, level 2+ tissu (or equivalent), level 5+ pole. Unassisted invert required, aerial invert recommended.

Our Courses are a 6 week enrollment where you train at the same class time each week with structured progression. Casual Classes are drop in sessions that you can book one at a time from a flexible weekly timetable. Training is open practice time for you to work on skills independently and it is not an instructor led class.

Do I need any experience to join classes at The Pole Gym?

What should I wear to class?
