Whether you’re booking casual classes, committing to a course, or exploring membership packages, our pricing module makes it easy to find the perfect fit for your goals and budget.

Our Courses are a 6 week enrollment where you train at the same class time each week with structured progression. Casual Classes are drop in sessions that you can book one at a time from a flexible weekly timetable. Training is open practice time for you to work on skills independently and it is not an instructor led class.

You do not need any previous experience to join classes at The Pole Gym. The studio offers beginner courses designed for absolute beginners with no prior dance, fitness or pole experience required. The environment is supportive with classes structured so you can build strength, coordination and confidence at your own pace.
