Nomes

Meet our Head Pole Instructor Nomes! Nomes is an Ecole de Pole Master Trainer and has competed, placed, and judged in numerous State and National level competitions.

Her specialty is technical tricks and transitions, dynamic moves and flips! She can’t get enough of the ‘Big Kid Tricks’ – the dynamic, scary and strength tricks that people don’t think they can achieve. Nomes LOVES showing students what they are capable of and watching them succeed in things they didn’t think were possible!

Nomes also enjoys writing new choreo and sharing the vibes with all her amazing students.  She has a knack for writing group choreography and her students can’t get enough of performing her routines at our performance nights!

Nomes’ career in physical rehab has made her passionate about teaching with proper technique and correcting bad habits in both students and herself. Her teaching style is tough but fair – she will kick your butt but have you coming back for more! She knows how to push us all to be our best selves.
